Rustic 17th Century fireplace made of Savonniere stone

This 17th Century, Louis XIV style antique countryside hard stone fireplace with a rustic appearance is made of Savonniere stone (hard stone quarried in the East part of France) and is small and well proportioned.

It features a pair of console-shaped jambs topped by a simple monolithic lintel. The monolithic shelf is decorated with beautiful moldings.

This antique fireplace could easily be the new focal point of your home and could warm up your living space. The Savonniere stone has a beautiful slightly golden patina that warms up the whole piece.
