Ancient rustic stone trough ideal for decorating a garden

This large old trough is one of the many ancient stone troughs that are available on our landscaped park located in Isle sur la Sorgue, a city renowned for its Art and Antiquities.

Essential elements of farms' everyday life in the old days, these ancient troughs in massive stone of various dimensions are now sought-after for their authenticity and the patina that only time can give.

They can be easily diverted into rustic sturdy planters or as simple decorative objects. But these unique pieces can also be converted into charming wall-fountains by simply adding a pediment and a water spiggot.

Note that the bottom of this large trough is laready pierced with a small hole (for the water flow).
