Antique stone wall-fountain with sculpted gargoyle

This charming wall fountain is a one-of-a-kind garden water feature entirely crafted with antique stones.

Its rather large stonework basin is topped by wide copings, ideal to seat on or to welcome some decorative items or flower pots.
The stonework pediment is topped by a nicely sculpted cornice shaped in a pointy capital. In the center of the carved-in recess, a beautiful thoroughly hand-sculpted stone gargoyle offers a generous water flow. This spilling water stone piece is nicely decorated with sculpted leaves and grapes.

The stones used to craft this wall fountain were extracted some time ago from a local Provence quarry.

The beautiful natural patina makes it unique and will definitely add an elegant and unique focal point to your garden !
