Exquisite Louis XV antique fireplace with trumeau in stone

Wonderful Louis XV Style (1710–1774) Stone Fireplace with Trumeau.
Exquisite 18th-century French design, restored with care. A striking centerpiece of historic elegance.

This exceptional fireplace features subtly curved fluted jambs, creating the illusion of tapered flutes, and a trumeau adorned with matching fluted pilasters sculpted in relief. The keystone lintel is highlighted by a characteristic bolection molding along its lower edge. A stunning thick and large breakfront cornice completes this mantelpiece with elegance.

Salvaged from executive home in the Charente region (southwestern France), this antique stone fireplace has been meticulously restored by our artisan stone-cutter. It is now on display in our exhibition park in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Provence.
