Regency Style red marble fireplace

This beautiful antique fireplace with sober lines was made by a craftsman stonecutter in the 19th century in a beautiful red marble featuring white and black veins. It is inspired by the Regency style: a beautiful lintel with a crossbow shape decorated with thin moldings, a thin molded shelf, straight and sober jambs decorated with molded thin pieces in relief on the top.
